The Shortlist
This shortlist contains all the promising talents in FM2010. In total, there are 158 players in it. These players are divided into two separate shortlists:
- EU Players
- Non-EU Players
The Talents
You might be wondering how we created this shortlist and who is a talent in FM2010. A talent in FM is someone who can develop into a quality player but FM doesn't know yet how good he can be. If the player gets enough playing time and on a proper level, he could turn into a quality player. So it isn't guaranteed that you will buy a world-class player in the making. It all depends on how you, or the computer for that matter, handles him. If everything goes well for these players, they could make any team proud.
In technical terms, this shortlist contains all youngsters with a PA (Potential Ability) of -9 or -10.
Just to make it clear to everyone one more time. This shortlist contains youngsters who haven't actually proven themselves yet. For example, a player like Theo Walcott or Jonny Evens won't be in this shortlist. They have already shown that they are quality players, even though they are still young. A Batuhan Karadeniz on the other hand is still a major talent and has to show it to the rest of the world. Just to give you an idea on what to expect from this download!
EU Players & Non-EU Players
We divided the shortlists isn't players with the EU-nationality and the ones who don't. This could always come in handy when you can't buy or have to watch out with buying players who don't have the EU-nationality.
Installation Instructions
- Download the shortlist from our Downloads Center.
- Extract the .rar (WinRAR) to "My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/shortlists". If the folder "shortlists" doesn't exist, create it yourself.
- In FM2010, Go to your Shortlist screen ("Name -> Search -> Shortlist"). At the right, click on "Shortlists -> Import Shortlist". Select the file you want to import and click on "Select".
- That's it! Enjoy
