"MY Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\db"
Start a new game and choose "ADDM '09 Data Update"

This version: v1.0 02.09.2008
Next version: v1.1 11.09.2008(Final)
(Transfer windows of some leagues are closing on 10.09. This version will include those and some minor missing transfers if there are any.)

This update contains more than 95% of the transfers and loans that occured in the this summer period till this day
Another great thing about this update, is that you don't install it manually. The update comes within an installer, which warns you if you don;t have the much needed 8.02 patch .This installer will automically install the update.
